Not Eating Is Good
Exercising self-restraint is always good.
I eat two meals a day during the summertime, brunch and a light supper.
I forego meat and replace it with plain yogurt, tofu, and eggs.
Go on a “no takeout this month” strike.
Vow to eat out of my pantry and freezer until they are dry.
Break my meals into six small snacks throughout the day.
