Bobby’s Burger Palace
There are new stores in Princeton’s MarketFair Mall. Among them, Bobby’s Burger Palace, which is one of Bobby Flay’s franchises that has spread along the East Coast and into Ohio.
So I order, yes, the kids’ meal, to try out the burger and fries. And yes, it is good: the fries are hand-cut and the hamburger patty is thick. But the bun could be replaced by a potato bun and the American cheese with a decent slice of cheddar, to make it worthy of being in Bobby Flay’s kingdom.
I’m glad BBP has arrived in Princeton. If only Mario Batali could transport a suburban version of Eataly here too…
